A Favorite Author

One of my very favorite authors, and who inspired me to reach far beyond in my stories to make them truly come to life, is Robin Hobb, the author of The Assassin’s Apprentice series which is very dear to my heart. She’s helped me with advice and guidance through the years, and when I emailed her to let her know that I was published, she added this to her newsgroup and it meant so much to me!

I emailed Robin a few days ago and asked if she wouldn’t mind reading one of my books and giving me a review. She was so nice as to accept and Silver is now on its way to her house! I really appreciate great authors, and I greatly respect authors who take the time to help those of us who are just starting out in the publishing world. Robin Hobb is a wonderful person, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good series to check out her Assassin’s Apprentice trilogy.
