Life, the Universe, and Everything Conference

I am excited to go the Life, The Universe, and Everything conference today and tomorrow in Provo, Utah. Tonight they are having a huge author signing event, and I am really looking forward to it. I love going to book signings. It’s so much fun talking to other authors, finding out their inspirations and motivations for writing, and to meet readers personally and sign the books that they buy. Everyone has a story, and everyone has a reason that certain stories touch them; to hear the way my books have touched another is such an amazing experience. There is something special about a group of authors and readers getting together. Everyone is there for one reason- the love of the written word. Whether it’s crafting stories for others to enjoy or delving deep into worlds unique to each writer, books give escape to those they touch.

Writer’s conferences motivate me to work harder, write more, and always make sure I maintain the level of storybuilding and writing that my readers deserve. I love writing. If I wasn’t publishing my books, I would still be writing. It’s in my mind and blood, and stories continue to flow as fast as I can capture them. To be around other authors similarly minded toward writing is so much fun. The conversations are enlightening, the classes informative and captivating, and the entire experience is something I look forward to all year round. Thank you to all of the great authors, agents, readers, publishers, and aspiring writers who make such a great event happen.
